If your car is totaled you are back at square-one. If you established a solid payment history in the short time you had your car it might be possible to go through the same finance company. If you were late, they might just wash their hand of you and wish you the best of luck. If that%26#039;s the case, there are plenty of other companies out there. You may have to settle for a vehicle older than 2007, but at least you%26#039;ll have wheels.

If your insurance company paid off your totalled car, at least you have that good on your credit.

depends...hopefully you had gap insurance...if not...when you buy a new car you should look into it...you can get it through the dealership or through your insurance company...im not here to persuade you...do the research either will work...also depending on the insurance you get...using that as a down payment for your new car will help the loan alot....good luck....
