How to get out of a car contract. Signed contracts, no money down, no trade, dealer delivered car my

About 12 days ago, I made a deal to purchase a new car. I signed all of the papers, but told the deliver I would not take delivery until I got my own financing. I have since changed my mind about the deal, but the dealer will not let me out of the contract. I made the mistake of signing a back up financing contract, and about three hours ago, they delievered the car to my home. I have not driven the car since I sigined the contract. How can I get out of the deal?

go to a lawyer, but if it is a new car most states on new cars only have a %26quot;second thoughts clause%26quot; where you can return the car and get your money back, but you have to pay for any mileage you put on it. also it has a limit on how much time has passed since you took delivery of the car, and by that i mean the time written on the purchase agreement and a mileage limit. most of the time this is a 3 day 300 mile deal. Yes states do have this law, but only with new cars...MN has this law!!!

You bought it. You may as well drive it because it and the payments are yours.

No state has any %26quot;second thoughts clause%26quot;, %26quot;right of rescission%26quot; or %26quot;buyer%26#039;s remorse%26quot; laws when purchasing a car. Car deals are final! Say it with me...%26quot;car deals are final%26quot;! If you signed a contract, the only legal way out is to pay it off. They%26#039;ve got you, and it%26#039;s legal.
