Any Mini van with captain chairs in the middle, the Hummer would not hold 3 carseats and two adults

The Domestics have really good rebates going on now

It is very difficult to do 3 car seats in the same row. I can do it but it is very tight and I drive a Chevy Suburban. This vehicle is one of the largest on the road and will not meet your environmentally friendly/ good gas mileage criteria.

That leaves you with cars with 3 rows of seating. So, you are looking at mini-vans, some small SUVs, and that is about it.

I would look at the new Chrysler mini-van- it has the life-time warranty and has great safety. Mini-vans typically do about 20mpg on average, the Honda and Toyota will do a little better than that but cost more and will not have sales incentives typically.

Check whatever you are looking at against the auto safety ratings at Crashtest.com. Safety is always a priority with 3 little ones!

Good luck

I%26#039;m guessing you%26#039;re in the states, right?

Unfortunately, good gas mileage and large family vehicle aren%26#039;t synonymous here. Your best bet would either be a minivan (Can%26#039;t go wrong with a Dodge Caravan or a Chrysler Town and Country), but I think a worthy choice would be a Mazda 5 or Kia Rondo.
