I realize it varies upon the state and size of place.. just looking for a ball park.. we are in central fl if that helps.

In middle GA, the salary for a locally privately owned dealership is around $35K-$40K per year. A big dealership like Ford or Chevy can fetch you about $40k with bonuses that can get you a total of $50-$60K. You have to be able to sell the higher interest rate loans to your customers and extended warranty packages to get the bonuses.

Size of the dealership is a factor. Location in the US is a factor.
